The word ‘Vintage’ is used to name products which are older than 20 years, these are now product from the ‘80s and older. Vintage doesn`t mean that an item is secondhand, but older than 20 years and in good condition. A Vintage product looks as if it is new. This is because of the high quality of products from these days. Also we only select the items that are in good condition. Under ‘Never Used’, we sell new Vintage Products as well as newly made clothes. These clothes are inspired on Vintage clothing and produced on small scale with high quality.

At Sussies Vintage we only select Vintage items which are in good condition, so without damage and/ or stains. However, sometimes an item is so old (e.g. from the 30`s) that it has some wear or is missing a button. Should this be the case for an item, then we indicate this in the description and make a picture of the damage.

When a product is ordered the `sold` logo is automatically placed on the item. This doesn’t happen when we have multiple products in stock of the product ordered by you. This may be the case with Never Used pieces, we report this in the description. It is true that both Vintage shoes/ boots and clothing are often slightly smaller than new clothes or shoes. To ensure that you won`t buy an item that is too small, we measure everything as extended as possible. In the Webshop under the heading sizes, you can find information about how we measure everything. All sizes are mentioned in the sales window of each product. If you already have experience with previously purchased Vintage, use these items for the right size. We measure the height and width of bags. But al this information can be found in the Webshop under Sizes.

No, you can`t sell it to us. Sussies Vintage buys all their products, but not from individuals.

If you find an item you`d like to purchase, press on the shopping cart symbol in the selling frame. Your item then will be added to your shopping cart. To see an overview of selected items in your shopping cart, you`ve to press the shopping cart button in the upper right corner. Here you`ll find an overview of selected items, shipping costs and the possibility to purchase the selected items. Also you can delete selected items here or choose to go on shopping. If you choose to purchase, you need to login (if you are not logged in yet), if you`re not registered, you can do this on this page too. After that, you’ll need to fill in your data, and to finish the purchase you need to pay by Ideal, Paypal or by bank transfer.

We pack and ship items after we received the payment on our bank account. Payments done during weekdays ( monday-friday) before 15.00 hours, are send on the same day.

iDeal: This is the most simple way, you need to have a Dutch bank account and access to internet banking. Next to its simplicity, Ideal is free and safe. If you pay with Ideal, you will be linked to your own bank and here you can pay in the way you’re used to. Also we will receive the payment directly on our bank account, which makes this the quickest way to get your purchase shipped in your direction.

Paypal: For Paypal you need to have a Paypal account. Making one is simple and fast. To pay with this account, you need to transfer money from your bank account to your Paypal account.

Bank Transfer: You can also pay for your purchase by transferring money from your bank account to our bank account. If you do you’ll need to transfer the purchase amount and the shipping costs to us mentioning the invoice number of your purchase. We need to receive this amount within 5 days (customers from outside the Netherlands within 7 days) on our bank account. Otherwise the contract will be terminated by Sussies.

Yes it is. We try to make an item fit to what you expect by making the item description as complete as possible. Off course it can happen that it isn’t in reality. If you want to exchange/return, let us know directly, after receiving your purchase, by e-mail (sussiesvintage@hotmail.com). The purchase needs to be returned at Sussies in the same condition within 4 days after receiving it. This period only includes Dutch purchases. After receiving the purchase, Sussies will send you a conformation e-mail.

After Sussies received the purchase in good condition, we will transfer the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, within 7 days to your bank account.

It`s also possible to exchange/return your purchase in our stores in Antwerp and Utrecht, in that case you`ll receive a coupon which is valid for one year and only exchangeable in the stores.

We ship all our goods with TNT. Therefore the shipping costs to Holland and Belgium are the same.

For small items, like sunglasses or shawls we will send in envelops (max 3 items), we will charge €2,25

Other items (except furniture) will be send by parcel post for € 6,20
